Glute Bridge Leg Curls

Hamstrings 2 Variants

How to perform it

The exercise starts in a supine position. After lifting the hips into a bridge, perform a controlled knee extension by sliding the heels away from the body. The movement concludes with an active leg curl to bring the heels back toward the glutes, keeping the hips consistently elevated and the core engaged to prevent lower back arching.
